What does a Website Performance Review cover?
We assess design and usability, content, enquiry pathways, search visibility, performance and technical basics. We review the findings and discuss them with you, so you understand what to improve first.
The available checks depend on your website platform and access. WordPress-specific checks only apply to WordPress sites. This is a practical website review, not a full security or legal compliance audit.
Is this just a website speed test?
No. We look at speed alongside how easy your website is to use, how clearly it communicates and how it helps visitors take the next step. We explain the findings in a discussion, rather than leaving you to interpret a score on your own.
Do you make the changes as part of the review?
No. The $199 + GST covers the audit, report and discussion. Website changes are quoted separately.
The plan is yours to use. You can implement it yourself, give it to your current provider or ask Digital Guppy to help. There is no ongoing commitment.
Do you need access to our website?
We start with your website address. Some technical checks, particularly WordPress setup and maintenance checks, may need access. We will explain what is needed and agree it with you before starting.
How much does a review cost?
The Website Performance Review is a one-off $199 + GST. That includes the audit, a report with recommended actions and a discussion to help you prioritise your next steps.
Implementation, repairs and ongoing marketing or support are not included.
