Where will my website be hosted?
Our hosting plans use an Australian datacentre in Sydney. Each plan includes secure cPanel hosting, hourly Acronis backups, an AutoSSL certificate and Fortinet firewall protection.
Can you help move my existing website?
Yes. Website migration is free when your current setup is compatible with our hosting.
Send us your website address and hosting details before ordering. We’ll check compatibility and confirm what’s included, including whether your domain, DNS or email needs attention.
If extra work is needed outside the free migration, we’ll explain it and agree any costs with you before starting.
Does hosting include WordPress maintenance?
It depends on your plan.
- Business: your team takes care of WordPress updates.
- Managed: we manage WordPress updates weekly.
- Fully Managed: we manage and test the updates, with extra time for website tasks.
Both managed plans also include security monitoring and malware detection and removal.
What can the included support time cover?
Send us the website task you have in mind and we’ll confirm whether it fits your plan.
- Managed: up to 30 minutes each month.
- Fully Managed: up to two hours each month.
Larger jobs are quoted separately. We’ll confirm eligible tasks and any rollover arrangements before you order.
Is a domain name included?
Each plan lists one eligible domain each year. Ask us to confirm the eligible extension, registration or renewal coverage, and any transfer requirements for your domain before ordering.
Is there a long-term contract?
The hosting plans are listed as cancel anytime, with no long-term contract. Check the cancellation process and billing terms in the client portal before you order. Prices shown here are monthly and exclude GST.
Does hosting include SEO or ongoing growth work?
Hosting and website care keep the agreed foundations looked after. Ongoing SEO, campaigns and broader improvements are separate. If you’d like care and improvement work together, we can discuss a Growth Plan.
