What is included, what is separate and how to get the right help.
Is maintenance already included in your hosting?
It depends on the package. Business Website Hosting covers hosting support; your team handles website updates and changes. Managed and Fully Managed Website Hosting include WordPress care and an allowance for website tasks. Compare the hosting packages to see the difference.
Do we need a separate maintenance plan?
Not necessarily. If the care you need is already included in your managed hosting package or Growth Plan, we use that existing scope. We check your current arrangements before recommending anything else.
Can you help with a website built or hosted by someone else?
Send us the website first. We review its platform, condition and the access available, then confirm whether we can support it. If ongoing care would work better on our hosting, we will explain why and discuss the move before anything changes.
Can we ask for a one-off fix or content change?
Yes. Tell us what needs doing and we will check whether we can take it on. We confirm the scope and cost before starting. A larger feature, integration or rebuild may need a separate development project.
