9.1 Any Service(s) that are found to be in breach of this policy but have not caused any known inconvenience to other Customers will result in an email being sent to the Customer asking for changes to be made in order to comply with this policy and two (2) days to make the changes. The Customer is required to acknowledge this email and advise Digital Guppy what actions have been taken to remedy the breach. Failure to comply may result in the Service(s) being suspended without additional warning.
9.2 Any Service(s) found to be in breach of this policy and have caused issues and/or degradation of service for other Customers will result in immediate suspension, followed by an email requesting changes to be made to comply with this policy. 9.6 The Customer will be solely liable for any fees or charges that Digital Guppy pays to third-party providers to unblock any restrictions they have placed due to the Service(s) operated by the Customer breaching this policy.
9.7 Subject to the Customer’s service agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, a breach of Digital Guppy’s Terms, Policies and Agreements does not of itself entitle the Customer to a refund. Any refund, cancellation or termination entitlement remains subject to that agreement and applicable law.

10.1 Digital Guppy may amend this Acceptable Use Policy and will make the current version available on our website. Changes take effect subject to any notice, acceptance or variation requirements in the Customer’s service agreement and applicable law.
